Creighton Edward was established in the Summer of 2004 by Creighton Edward. The concept of the store was Creighton's brain child for over ten years. In 2004, after 20+ years of corporate retail experience, he decided to became his own boss and follow his long awaited dream. The perfect location had been found in the charming Historic Gilman Village located in the heart of Issaquah, WA.

First with one store, he had began his venture of bringing Creighton Edward Home Lifestyle to life. His success quickly caught on and less than a year later a second store was opened in the Village. This little store housed the Bath & Body and Bedding Collections, changes were quickly made to house the rapidly growing Gourmet Food Business. This made room for the Bath & Body and Bedding were moved back to the main store and the Gourmet Pantry was born.

It didn't last long either; the little store could not handle the selection and inventory. As soon as a bigger store became available, The Gourmet Pantry Shop was relocated next to the original store.

But with the consistent growth space became a problem again. In 2007, the big red barn became available. This location was the perfect size and is the crown jewelry of Gilman Village. So, it was time again to move. With this move Creighton Edward was able to combine both stores into one. With this move Creighton Edward was able to complete his dream store.

2007 brings many more changes and growth. Creighton Edward looks forward to an amazing Holiday 2007 as he plans a new tradition for Gilman Village with the arrival of Santa Clause in late November.

In 2008 Creighton Edward will introduce "Creighton Edward Favorites" his first cookbook. He is very excited about the growth of the company and his amazing team that make it happen every day.
